The easter bunny some how managed to hide easter eggs in the camper, now that was interesting. Of course, the boys didn't care as long as there was candy.

We had the chance to go to Young Life Family camp this past week at Sharp Top Cove in GA. We had a great time. The boys were in heaven, the Stalcups were there also. They rode bikes all day everyday. they had a zipline, water slides, huge rope swing, climbing walls. David and I needed a rest after that week of "vacation" but it was non-stop fun.

Flint ended up with a little oatmeal on his head at breakfast, thank you David.

There was a western night one night. Peter was the cow for the cowboys. Except he prefered to be a cow with a big gun.

David's latest and greatest endeavor

For those of you who think David is a little crazy, here's his latest endeavor, or as I call it, obsession. Veggie oil! That's right, he has converted our truck to run off of waste veggie oil. So, yes, we now smell like eggrolls as we drive. i've been pretty impressed with the whole thing. They have 3 guys going in together to make a co-op for veggie oil. I have a feeling that in a week or two they may have more veggie oil then they know what to do with. Our boys are going to start to think that fuel comes from chinese restaurants. So that's the lastest this week.

Nest week we are heading to GA for a Young Life camp which should be alot of fun. I think the boys will love it.

David, Barrett, and Luke went backpacking two weekends ago, i'll have to get the pictures up. Here are a few pictures from this past weekend. We spent Saturday with John and Joni out on their farm. I got to ride a horse for the first time which was pretty exciting.

Leaving the Stalcup-Armistead compound

We sadly had to say goodbye to the Stalcup's today. Apparently in Birmingham, you can have a camper parked in your driveway, but no-one can sleep in it. So, we we're evicted for the second time now. We did get to stay for 8 weeks. The big green machine (truck) got hit by an uninsured driver 4 weeks ago today. We've been waiting for it to get fixed and finally got it back yesterday. Just in the nick of time. The B'ham zoning told Parke that if we were still sleeping in the camper on Monday then they would arrest her. Although it would make for a good story, it would be hard to explain to the boys.
We will certainly miss being there with our closest friends. There's just something amazing about having 11 little boys together all the time and getting along so well. I think God just likes to remind me of how I truly do long to live in community. So, where are we now?? well, back to the Ice Lodge a.k.a. our church parking lot.
